With hundreds of auto accidents occurring every day in the downstate New York area, it is important to have a quality defense attorney to protect you and/or your company when a lawsuit arises. Some of the cases can be relatively minor and where it is appropriate we suggest that early resolution may be the most cost effective manner or dealing with a self-insured claim as opposed to incurring a larger cost of defense to get the same result.  Other cases present situations where dispositive motions are appropriate and yet others do require a defense through a trial.  We prepare each case as if it will be defended through trial in order to best protect our client and avoid any surprise at a later date.  We always keep in mind the best interests of our client in these cases and keep the decision makers fully informed. This allows the client to become actively involved in defense theories and witness information which may impact how a case is to be handled
